MPPT issue ?

This is from yesterday, warm day, cloudless. String 1 is 5 panels and string 2 is 4 panels. Both have startup voltage set to 120V.

String 2 just drops off and never recovers ?

Need a lot more info than that. People aren't mind readers and have no idea what system you have.

Vestas GIV-HY3.6 this has 2 x MPPT controllers. There is a 9.5 KWh GIV battery connected.

My thoughts are that the load increased to the point where MPPT tripped out @ 120V.

But that string never recovered, that is what is weird.

Very strange. Check the inverter data to see if it could still see voltage. If the volts drop to 0 it could be an issue with the panels / wiring

Lab140 Voltage is low, but its not zero

It looks like an MPPT issue. String 1 on my first Gen3 Hy 3.6 showed voltage but no current or power generation at all (max 2W even in full sun). The installer swapped the strings at the inverter to prove it wasn’t the panels or wiring before getting in touch with GivEnergy.

It took about a week of back and forth but eventually the inverter was replaced under warranty and the new one has been ok since.
