Gen 2, 3.6KW with 9.5 battery, 4.7KW array.
First, the portal reports the inverter as "GIV-HY5.0" which I thought was a known bug but not concerning.
Second, on rare times when the array is maxing out, we see inverter power and grid export significantly over 3.6KW
I'm a bit concerned as the system's on a circuit with a 16A breaker,
This very much looks like your installer has configured your inverter as a G99 which is a 5kW inverter, not a G98 which is 3.6kW. All of the inverters are 5kW internally its a software setting to change the different mode.
One advantage to you is that you won't get solar clipping that you would otherwise get with a 3.6kW inverter.
There is some tolerance in the breaker trip level, they don't trip at precisely 16A. You should be OK but it would be better if the breaker was a higher rating.
Separately is the question of what your DNO approval was.
GivEnergy Support or your installer can change this setting if you ask them to.

Thanks. We went for G98 as a 5KW would have involved replacing the entire feed from the house MCB to the detached garage about 30M away (and buried). A Breaker change is the least of it!

Seems daft asking them to restrict the power we're generating, but it's preferable to the whole thing tripping out or overloading the AC wiring.
