Battery reserve vs export discharge limit

I have the 13.5kwh Givenergy battery.

How can I have a different export discharge limit to the battery reserve in the battery option section?

I want to export approximately 80% of my battery at the peak time to make the most of Octopus tariffs but still have enough left in the battery for evening usage. But when I try to do this it changes the battery reserve to match the export limit, this means I still end up using the grid on an evening anyway!

This seems to be something I should be able to do.

BaconJames Depends on the inverter, but it's priimarily a UI limitation. On modern inverters, there is a separate register per discharge timer (of which there are 10), but the app only seems to control the master reserve.

If you go to the remote-control part of the portal (the gears icon), you should gain access to the per-discharge-timer limit.
