WiFi changed

Please could someone tell me where I change my WiFi details on the portal as our Wifi name & password have changed and at present we can't get connected to the online portal.

Hi Thank you -I saw this and made no sense to me. I was looking for somewhere I could just enter the new network and password!

I have typed in the 10.10.100.254 in Google & Edge and won't connect to anything. Is there anything else I can try?

You have to get onto the WiFi dongle itself using it’s AP. Once on there you can change the client settings to your new settings.

Stafford either from a laptop or mobile phone you need to connect to the wifi provided by the dongle rather than the house wifi. If mem serves me right the SSID for the dongles wifi is the serial id of the dongle. Once connected to the dongles wifi then you can head to 10.10.100.254...

Also worth noting the comments on this thread about 2.4/5Ghz support (depends on dongle type) and no WPA3 support at this time.

I've tried the ideas above for the WiFi password and neither works. Is there a way to recover whatever my installer set the password to?

As has been said many many times on this forum, the simple way is to change the name and password back to the original if you can, then everything still works.

You might find that unless you are getting a strong signal from the dongle (which currently would not have internet access) your hone/tablet/PC of whatever my switch back to your home wifi when it finds no internet. this happened to me. I fixed it by taking a laptop to the garage and telling it to forget my home wifi.
Alternatively you could just rename your home wifi!
