Just looked at the inverter notifications to see now just two pages of notifications where last week their were five pages. All the over-voltages reports have vanished - and there were several. What other changes can be made to "my" data remotely?

The " Security Breach " thread is an interesting read. Perhaps the site was hacked before Givenergy were advised of, and patched the vulnerability, and the intruders wiped the over voltage data 😉

It’s happened to a lot of us. There’s a thread called notifications.

A friend who also has GivEnergy received the following from them ....

There was a known issue with the 3015 BMS firmware being overly sensitive, throwing up more BMS over voltage notifications than needed. We have since updated the portal to remove any of these notifications that relate to this specific issue. This should not cause any more issues with the battery going over voltage and any actual over voltage notifications will be reported as normal.
And followed up with....
This update was not a system update but rather a portal update to change the parameters at which a BMS over voltage notification will appear at.

The_Engineer A bit strange this answer from Givenergy, as im still getting daily notifications of an error on the main screen of the dashboard but nothing is appearing in the notifications tab.

Just had a check and I too am getting the red icon indicating some alert for the inverter

when I look at the inverter there are only the notifications from the day of install
Then go back and the red icon alert has gone

Still present. Looks like the changed the portal it to remove the notification event from the log, but not the popup red bubble warning.
