Gen 2 - 5kw Hybrid Inverter keeps losing settings

Hi all,

Getting pretty tired of all the buggy software here - but my inverter has started deleting settings after I set them.
So I set eco mode on, set my schedule for battery charging, set my battery discharge rate etc and hit save and all fine.

I come back an hour or two later and they're all set to random values - eg discharge rate 78w rather than 3600w, eco mode off, charge times set to 3am-5am etc.

Anyone have a clue what might be going on here? I've tried resetting the settings also.

Do you have the Givenergy EV charger. That has a habit of overriding settings, particularly charge rates.

hoggy I do actually, but not installed yet - so you're putting me off that too!!

Form the inverter page on the portal, select "Remote Control" and you should see all commands sent to the inverter in a log at the bottom. If you've got some other app configured to control the inverter (Octopus Intelligent tariff/predbat/whatever) you'll see commands from it here.

Most likely "something else" is sending commands to the inverter, rather than the inverter randomly forgetting stuff.
