Hey, I've prematurely onboarded my battery with octopus and they're not proving helpful at the minute with this. Is there a way from the GivEnergy side to de-register the battery?
TIA

Siv is this with the intelligent flux tariff? If so, first thing to do would be change tariff - standard flux perhaps.
See also https://community.givenergy.cloud/d/4854-compatibility-app-issues-between-octopus-intell-flux-and-givenergy-app/38 which (I think) describes how Octopus accesses your battery.
@Siv Just delete the security access token from the GivEnergy portal and then Octopus won’t be able to control your battery remotely.
geoffreycoan you may need to repeat the process a few times as the token seems to reappear for a few days 🙄
Found it, thanks folks!
