Simultaneous Timed Charge and Solar Charge

I have a timed charge set up for the daytime off peak period. I have this set to 45%. I noticed today, that the battery was already above this percentage due to solar charging, so I expected that it would continue to charge from the solar. Instead, the battery was paused, and the solar generation exported to grid instead, which is not what I want.

What I'm after is to set a minimum charge, which if not fulfilled by solar, would be provided by the grid, whilst still allowing solar charging above that setting during the timed charge period. Is this possible?

Freddie_b The charge limit is for AC charging, PV charging will ignore it usually.

However if you're still within a timed AC charging period then it'll do exactly what you've seen - ie divert PV power to export until the timed charging period is over.

I don't think you can do anything about that using the app/portal but I rarely use either so maybe things have changed....
