Battery not discharging to cover home usage

So, my battery now after a timed export does not want to cover my home usage, and is now importing during peak hours. Eco mode is enabled, battery is not paused.
I can only think that the scheduled export between 1800 to 1900 has confused the inverter, as it discharge to 50% minimum as set before 1900, and it just paused the battery in a faulty confused way rather than to go into eco mode as it should have done, because it is now discharging and covering usage of the home....
It kind of puts me off discharging and helping the grid out... which defeats the whole purpose. Every day there seems to be new problems...
Crappy software/firmware.

And to add to that...another new 'mystery notification' on inverter that I do not know what it refers to or how to clear it..

Try doing a ‘reset to defaults’ in the portal, it should clear most issues with the inverter getting confused.

I discharge and charge my batteries regularly, often several times a day (Octopus agile) and its very rare I get issues like you have had

If you configure a timed export with min SoC and it hits that during the timed window then it stops discharging - not sure why you think it should continue discharging (in eco mode) below the minimum you set.

Note also that the UI is a bit poor - it presents a min SoC on the timed export page, but actually sets the global reserve, not just the one associated with the discharge slot as you might expect.
