Download home demand data

Is there a way to download a year's worth of home demand data on a 30 minute or hourly basis? The data is available as I could run a daily report for every day and inspect the Home - half hourly graph but that would take forever.

I have a 5kW Gen 2 Hybrid inverter and 9.5kW Gen 2 battery.
