Missing Battery

For unknown reasons my Apple iPad app does not see I have 2 batteries on my system , it used to.
My Android phone app still sees I have 2 batteries.
I have deleted the Apple app and reinstalled it but with same result.
Any ideas what I can do, please

I suggest everyone uses the feedback option in the app to ask for the feature back. Also if you can rate the app via Google play you could rate the app poorly that tends to get noticed...

M_J The google play option may get attention, feedback won't. Never has.
