Help!!

Changed from intelligent flux to flux yesterday after earlier helpful conversations on this forum and started the day with a full battery, using eco mode and a timed charge period for tonight 2 to 5am
throughout the day I have noticed that although I had submitted the eco setting and had a "success" notices posted eco dropped out a few times, going back to the grid for power
Just chatted to givenergy and they have re enabled it telling me alls ok but within a few minutes its dropped out again,
Cannot chat with givenergy, I think they had finished for the day / weekend?
So have I got any options to stop using the grid ast this time
I am looking at Wonder Watt but wanted to get out of the intelligent flux tariff first which I thought would take longert than the 10 mins it took!

Cully Have you removed Octopus's ability to change the battery settings, because on IOG you hand over control of the battery to Octopus. You could check the logs via the remote contol page on the inverter (via the web app) to see if settings are being made.
You could also go to the account page (again on the web portal) and revoke the API key for Octopus to remove access... Account/Account Security/My API Keys

To do it cleanly, you can first go to the octopus app, go into devices and remove the device from there.

That should be enough, although removing the tokens afterwards, as mentioned above, might not be a bad idea.

As I plan to go back to IOF next spring I've left my tokens there. So far they've not tried to control my battery since I disconnected it via the octopus app. I'm hoping this'll make onboarding simple next spring, but who knows!

Checking "devices" on the phone app I could see the batt listed but with no facility on the page to remove it
It was one of those situations where you go round and round they all a a sudden its looking at you "remove device".
Don't know how I arrived on that page but its removed
I will monitor it today and see what happens as I intend going back to intelligent flux next year.
