Inverter offline after failed update

Hi, I have a Gen 3 hybrid inverter and have just tried to install new firmware. After an hour or so it tells me it has failed and now my inverter is permanently offline. I have tried resetting everything including the internal WiFi and nothing works. Apart from calling Givenergy tomorrow, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

SteveCook I e tried all that several times and still no joy.

Do you have a copy of the old firmware. Can you put that on the USB stick and reboot with that?

SteveCook unfortunately not. I'm hoping Givenergy can sort it tomorrow.
