More than one opportunity to set up Timed Charge

Cosy Octopus offering 3 rate tariff during 24 hours. 04.00 - 07.00, 13.00-16.00, & 22.00 - 00.00.
Already have to remember to change first two super cheap rates and have no chance to deal with setting up 22.00-00.00 after the midnight cut off time.
Is there a simple means to deal with this.
Can GivEnergy provide a solution?
