I would like to change it to 2%, how would I go about it? I have a 5.2KW hybrid inverter, GIV HY5.0.

I don't believe that the limit can be decreased below 4% on any GivEnergy system.

Even when set to 4% ours stops discharging the battery at 5%.

I thought that was a bug fixed by a newer battery firmware.

Maybe I am still on 3015.

nophead Mine does the same and stops at 5% and I'm on 3017. It then over an hour or so clicks down to 4% then another hour or so 3% and even then 2%. At which time I'm normally charging.
To be fair, using Rubicube's Monitor app, when it stops ar 5%, the 9.5kw battery is showing at around 8Ah remaining in the battery which is around 4% actual on a 200Ah battery.

TimHutchings I’m on 3018 and now with a heat pump we often run out and it goes down to 3,4&5% regularly. Givenergy told me it was perfectly ok.
