Hi All. Have sent two emails to Givenergy but no reply as yet.
Our EV Charger went offline a couple of days ago, no lights showing, and the app seems to be stuck showing the same information from the time it went off line.
Any ideas to get everything working again?

Did your installer fit an isolator switch that you could use to power it off then on again?
Got a reply from Givenergy which said to switch the EVC supply breaker on and off, which I've done but to no effect.
Also just noted now that the inverter has a red light on it and all they said was "Looking through your inverter data it appears to not be receiving data from the meter for the grid readings. Therefore it is erroring as it can not correctly plan out where to send your energy correctly" but no solution?
I've tried to restart itt this evening so will wait and see what happens tomorrow
I am having the same problem, so would be interested in your findings. Went away to Greece for a while with all working, and came back and the Car Charger is offline, and I cannot set it to plug'n'go and there is a schedule active that cannot be switched off / deactivated.
Sent an email to GivEnergy yesterday. Installer recommended updating the software, but it crashes during the update. Not heard back from GivEnergy yet either.
Is there a better way than email to create a support ticket?
ETA : I did a power reset on the charger in the gateway, and it's come back online. So that solution seems to have worked for me. Not tried the software update as yet.
Braddersmd is there new software out for the charger then?
This is the latest version- AC-GL_1.12 (dated 31st May 2024)

Apologies for the misunderstanding. I am still running earlier firmware on the dongle, inverter and battery. The installer suggested trying to update those to clear the car charger being offline. The power off and on again cleared the issue. I've yet to update the software on the aforementioned.
