We have just moved to a house with existing battery/pv. I have connected wifi to new home network, ang got portal and ap. How do I get the existing kit registered so i can see it on the ap/portal? queue for help line seems endless....
nomisegdelp What does "moved to" mean? Have you bought the property? If so then the previous owner/your solicitor should have sorted out warranty transfers etc.
If you're renting then the landlord owns the equipment and that's who you should be dealing with.
nomisegdelp Can't help with getting access to the cloud, but in the very short term, if you use Android, there's a third-party app which can give direct access to the system:

Also if you have bought the property and neither the previous owner or your solicitor have done what they should then you're going to have a problem. GE require proof of ownership (copy of deeds/title register) and the land registry are currently taking over 6 months (nearer 12) to update the deeds on properties after purchase.
