Give Back Axle failure :(

Well that didn't work then!

Axle set our export for 16:00-1700 as expected

Battery had nearly 100% ready

Battery exported for about 10 minutes then stopped

Battery to home remained blocked by export and the fact that Eco had been dissabled

Next 45 minutes our elec came from Grid in Peak time!!!!!!

Then we got the message that everything had been set back after 17:00

But we still cannot draw from the battery despite checking all the settings and restarting the inverter

what a load of rubbish!

Has anyone else had any problems this evening??

DD good point but no I checked that, it was a timed export slot for an hour with discharge to 4%

SteveCook thanks, yes i had seen this, different problem I think, but still a problem with the process working properly

quick update .... it would seem that during GiveBack we were exporting at 4kw for 10mins which is above the 3.6kw limit the inverter is set for.

It seems the inverter didn't like this and tripped the batteries

We are going to do our own exports over the next couple of days to see if the same happens again as it may be a fault in the inverter for letting this happen
