Battery not charging

Hi all, I have read a number of battery related posts but all seem slightly different. For the last two days, running on eco mode, the battery will charge of solar fine until it reaches 100%. After this, once discharged partially, it no longer charges when excess solar available. Toggling eco mode off and then back on again restores normal functionality with the battery charging and discharging correctly until 100% is reached again at this point the above needs repeating to get it to charge again. Is this a known bug or issue others experience? Thanks.

lee I think you need to log a call with support to fix this. You don't say whether you have an AC coupled or hybrid but in either case, if set to ECO, the inverter should supply the house load from PV if available or battery if not, without any manual intervention.

Hi, thanks for the the reply. It's the hybrid inverter. I have now done a full reset and things seem to be working as it should. Will keep an eye on how it behaves over the next few days.

I have a similar problem - the battery stops charging at 84% today and yesterday, 89% the day before, 94% the day before that. The days before 3/6/22 it had charged to 100%. The system is set to ECO, though I noticed today it seemed to be "disabled"... not sure why/when this was. But enabling ECO again does not seem to have altered what happens today. Not spotted a "reset", though there is a "restart" - is that what I should do? And if so presumably while this is happening there is no useful PV collection? Thanks

DavidW I think the new App, and subsequent updates was a cause of some unexplained recent changes to my system, including Eco mode setting.
Seems to have settled down again now.
