Last night the times charge didn't charge my 9.5kw battery, so I tried it again later that night and it didn't work, so I just did a 4 minute test and it didn't respond but it's charging from solar.
It's a gen1 3.6kw and gen2 9.5kwh.
Restarting it hasn't helped, anyone else having this issue?
I just noticed my smart display indicating we were using 350w so I opened the GE app and the house was using 2.75kw but nothing was on only a few low energy bulbs and the fridge.
Something is wrong here.
Same here. No charge going into battery.
I switched everything off again and it started charging on command.
Must be a server error
