My AIO has stopped responding to commands.
It was on software Version 9 and I’ve also tried updating to V10.
The log appears to show the command has been successful, but the charge is just trickling out at about 20w no matter what the setting.
I’ve tried physically restarting and resetting without any luck.
Any ideas what I can try?

Has this just happened? I've noticed that all my installs have gone offline about 30 mins ago.
It happened at some time yesterday.
Thanks, I think my issue is coincidental to this. Mine hasn’t been working for > 24hrs and the local control is not working either.
Update. AIO was beeping this morning. Went through the rest process (blue button, trip, isolator).
This worked and I have control again.
Rather frustrating this keeps happening…
