After receiving a notification asking me to update the firmware, i set this off but after 40 minutes got a further notification that the update had failed, since then my inverter has been off line. I can see that the internal dongle is connected to my router and I can connect via 10.10.100.254 but both cloud and app are showing off line. Am having my second wait to speak to someone in support (currently at 42mins) who have advised that I may need to connect to the inverter with a USB to USB drive and see what files are there, does this just open up the inverter like a new drive?
Inverter Offline
Mine went offline for a while late last night in about the same place in the update cycle. It was back on by this morning.
Mines now been offline for 8 days

I think you may need to power everything down and let all power drain in order to reboot the battery and inverter and see what happens. Maybe the update is "stuck"
Turn off DC string breakers.
Turn off battery - on 9.5 it is a button high on RHS and should beep and then lights go out
Turn off any breakers that connect battery to inverter. On 9.5 it is on LHS side of battery under plastic cover
Turn off breaker in consumer unit that feeds inverter. Lights should all go out
Leave everything 30 secs or so and then turn back on again.
There is a published sequence for this . You may to do a search
Hopefully after reboot it should all reconnect to your router
Thanks Steve, successfully rebooted but still showing as offline, now waiting for an USB cable to connect my PC to the inverter and see what files are there
