If you are not aware, the GE Beta forum has been down today with this error.
Posting on this main forum is becoming more difficult with many red error messages. It is very difficult to add screenshots to illustrate points. I have to downsize any attachments or they are rejected.
Thanks for any help with these problems.
Looks like some repair work is needed on the forums from GE IT gurus.

For me the beta site is now down, not even 502'ing. So hopefully back up soon.

Why are there two forums ? It would make sense if the beta one was strictly for discussing beta firmwares. But if it's final testing prior to rolling out a new version of the forum, why has it been stuck in beta testing for so long - must be at least a year ?

If you search on Google for 'givenergy community forum' the beta forum appears first so quite a few people on there are VERY new to solar, batteries, etc and have asked quite basic questions that their installers really should have helped them with
