past few days i observed the battery stopped discharging at around 15%
seems like the Cell2 is not discharging correctly. This has happened lot of times with the same cell and all the support does is to recalibrate and it seems to fix the issue for few months.
Is there anyone who can advice on a correct solution?

If its significantly out then it'll need an engineer to resolve, either tightening the bus bars that can come loose or replacing the battery pack under warranty seem to be the most common "fixes"
if you have a history of this happening then sounds like you have a good case for getting the battery replaced
Yes I think it’s significantly lower as none of the other cells fall below 3.1V and moreover this cell has been giving issues since I got the system installed.
