Battery not charging from grid after f/w update

Hi, I updated my f/w to 315 and battery to 3020 on the weekend. The first night I ran a calibration and that worked with no problems. Last night I reverted to charging between 00:00 and 07:00 but the battery did not charge. I've reset the inverter settings and reapplied then tried to charge but what i've noticed is it will only seems to charge at the rate of the house load. Solar is charging the battery ok. Eco is enabled and I've checked all trip switches. What would be the next for diagnosing the problem?

It does sound similar. I just tried both a timed charge and a force charge in the app it used all the solar to charge the battery then used the grid to support the load. When I stopped charging it went back to solar supplying the load and excess charging the battery. I'll try live chat

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. It was indeed the import limit set to zero and was fixed by live chat very quickly!
