Why is the status light on my inverter showing RED? I’ve tried restarting the inverter but no luck. Also my battery has stopped charging to 100% it is set to eco mode and to charge to 100%
Any suggestions????

Battery & inverter problem
Can you login to your portal page on pc and see if there any notifications,
It may be a battery warning or an inverter warning
How did you restart your inverter? Have you tried via the portal?
You may have to power everything off. DC strings from PVs, battery breaker, mains breaker in CU, battery feed to inverter etc, wait 30 seconds or so and turn back on. This should reboot everything.
There is a shutdown procedure somewhere, you may have to search

Thanks, could you please enlighten us.
SteveCook I’ve powered off/restarted via the portal & the main fuse in the house but no luck

If the PV strings are still live and the battery is feeding the inverter, just turning the MCB in the consumer unit off will not kill power at the inverter and cause it and the battery to reboot.
Shutting everything off and waiting for all lights to go out (say 30s) before turning on will force everything to reboot.
Does the portal show any notifications/warnings
SteveCook I haven’t checked the portal on my laptop yet. But I left it all off at the main MCB About an hour ago and still no change
SteveCook also I’ve timed a battery calibration for overnight tonight to c if that sorts the battery issue
🚨🚨Update🚨🚨
Solved the problem by doing a battery calibration overnight and restarting the inverter via the portal
