Resuming Battery to normal operation - (Play)

Hi All,

Just had my system installed and battery is still to go through its first charge, when resuming normal operation is it normal for it to charge from the grid at +2kW? or is this purely due to it being below the 4% threshold (as its currently on 2%)? I would of thought it should charge at the solar that is only being exported?

Does anyone know what the minimum export is before the battery will start charging? 100W or 150W?

once it has finished calibration and if in eco/dynamic mode it should only pull from the grid i

• when the SOC goes - below / reaches the reserve level which by default is 4%
• and if the house demands more than the max output of the inverter (typically around 3kwh depending on inverter).
