I use the energy graph system on the web portal (givenergy.cloud) to download my data for analysis. Currently when I do so the resulting file is empty - only the header row

Roger Cookson Try using the (Legacy) Energy Graph for some reason I can download the the data using that, but not the Energy Graph.

Thanks for that. How do I get to the legacy energy graph ?

Roger Cookson On the givenergy cloud dashboard click Edit Your Dashboard and scroll down. You will see a section to add more cards. Add the Legacy Energy Graph and then click the save button in the bottom right corner.
