Portal data time base on GMT not GMT + 1 hour

Hello Chaps,
Understood the Portal data's time base shifted automatically when the clocks changed - but it doesn't seem to!

I've tried account settings, selecting GMT + 1hr and re-synching the clock - which is confirmed by the time in the dashboard settings - but downloaded data stays 1 hr behind real-time (in Sept '25).
The phone app seems to report energy flows at the correct time and the data matches the half-hourly data on the meters via Octopus' records (time base is UTC+1:00 at the moment)

I can write something into my spreadsheet to 'adjust' the time when the clocks change - but the portal data seems to be the only thing 'out of step' ...

Is it me, am I missing something or is it a common thing??

DocGra If you download the data from the portal its always in UTC not local time

It should correctly show local time when you view it though in the portal, its just the download that is fixed to UTC

Thanks GeoffreyCoan,
Expected the download to be 'local' time too ... wonder why it's fixed at UTC?

Guess I'll adjust an hour into my spreadsheet when BST comes and goes ....

Cheers ...

I don’t know why the time is fixed on UTC, but I discovered this when using the powershell scripts to download portal data. I guess its just easier for the portal that way and you don’t have two sets of 1am to 2am data when the clocks go back.
