The last few days the data from my app has gone haywire e.g. 2 days ago I apparently generated 9.52 kWh between 07:00 and 07:30. Much as I'd like that to happen, not with my system & not in North Yorkshire! Data on the website is as expected, generation of c. 15 kWh on a decent day starting about 09:00.
Thought it may be my mobile, but another device gives the same readings. Any suggestions, folks? đ

I do notice the (Android) app got updated. Wonder if its been fixed or GivEnergy have just played with colours and icons.

I saw this too. I think my 0830-0900 daily generation of 4kWh solar (from a 4kW array) had stopped so assume Giv fixed something although although last night my battery apparently exported 9.1kWh in 30 minutes when I'm limited to 4.8kW export which I think may be impossible.
My 2025 data in the portal is basically rubbish đĸ. Even the crap manufacturers my friends have seem to manage apps that report the rough truth âšī¸
Same here. First thing this morning it showed the house had used 0.1kWh which is wrong for a start! After I had breakfast and had the kettle on for 2 mins it had suddenly jumped to using 4kWh. Oddly the solar generation, even though its full overcast showed exactly the same number of 4kWh. I've emailed support but no real hope of it being resolved.
I've given up on the app. The only data that seems accurate is the percentage charged on the front screen, but even that disagrees with what is shown under "more information". If they can't get to grips with the data they should scrap the current app and have a basic one which shows settings and your battery state. The rest of it isn't fit for purpose in my view.
