AIO tripping RCBO in gateway on power failure

When my power fails the RCBO feeding the AIO in the gateway trips after 10 or 20 seconds.
System runs fine as long as mains power. Only when mains power fails does RCBO fail.
Any suggestions.
Many thanks
Paul

phanna Take a look at this thread. I had something very similar (in my case it was a loose connection)

Thanks CW. Similar. It has been suggested to replace the 30mA RCBO with 100mA.

phanna Well that was one of the possible suggested resolutions for me, but the installer measured the draw and it was nowhere near 30mA (I think 24 mA is about where these devices trip). Based on my experiance, I would as a first port of call just the the installers to re-check and re-tighten the connections in the gateway (a loose or poor connection - insulation partially under screw - could be all it needs).

My understanding of the larger RCBO is that the breaker is measuring the total earth leakage of all the house circuits, so each circuit on their own could be well below 30mA but combined could be over (think 6 circuits each leaking 6 mA -->36 mA total) so a larger device would manage that more elegantly.
