Strange consumption readings from GivEnergy

I have noticed recently that my consumption readings on the GivEnergy app are very odd and not reflective of the actual consumption that I know to be happening in the house (see photos). I am also under the impression that overall for November the GivEnergy app is showing much higher consumption than November last year, making me question the accuracy of the information. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue. I am tempted the contact GivEnergy about it, but their 'customer service'/'support' appears to be non-existent at the moment!

I'm also seeing crazy numbers on the app. (v4.0.3.5856)
Today it claims I've generated 22.9kWh despite the fact that there has been zero sun and the underlying numbers suggest 0.5kWh at best. When we were actually generating solar on Friday it reported that it was all exported from the battery instead of solar generation. The general power graph looks normal but the rest of the data reports are mostly rubbish!
