inverter offline

my inverter has been offline since saturday ive tried the steps to reconnect it various times and it says it works but then when i look its all offline still anyone got any tips???

I had a similar issue recently and restarted the inverter, which cured it.

tried everything system been in since 2022 first time ive had this where i cannot get it back online

You dont say what kit you have.
Have you shut everything down. All power to inverter, so that it fully drains power from PCB. This means turn off DC strings to PV panels. Turn battery off. Open battery DC breaker. Open any DC brakers between battery and inverter, open main MCB in consumer unit feeding inverter . Let all lights go out and wait 30s or so until PCB is fully discharged and then turn everything back on. This should reboot inverter PCB.

Can you login to router and see the inverter. Should be something like HF-21. Assign it a fixed IP address as that makes reconnection easier after power cut etc.
Are you using wifi with dongle. Turn 5gHz off at router until connected and fixed IP set, then you can turn 5gHz back on. Dongle uses 2.4gHz so you need that to stay on.
Make sure your router wfi security is WPA2 as dongle cannot cope with security settings like WPA3

elmo it says it works but then when i look its all offline still anyone got any tips???
