Inverter ignoring settings: battery doesn't discharge <20%

I can't see another post on this exact topic, so very grateful if someone can help. Gen 3 5kW hybrid inverter + 2x 9.5kWh gen 2 batteries. Battery option reserve set at 4%, but for some weeks now the battery won't discharge below 20-25%, despite domestic demand (so I have to pay full daytime rate from that point on). At one point in the past I had set timed export, with a similar lower limit (timed export now de-activated), so I'm wondering if that previous limit has somehow carried over into current settings? Very grateful for any suggestions.

You need to clear the timed export lower threshold back to 4%. If set even if disabled it creates a lower limit for the battery. A feature (bug!) of the system software.

ChrisCF Might be easier to check via the remote control on the portal: IIRC the app tends to hide things it doesn't think are active.
