My electricity KWH on my British Gas bill is 1,612 from 3rd Dec through to 6th Jan but my app is saying for the same time that its 826kwh. A huge difference. Would anyone have any thoughts on this? Thank you

Try this and i believe there are apps/other ways to download your smart meter data. Is your EM115 powered on (glowing green?)
Is the EM115 clamp in the correct place and measuring all incoming power?
Do you have a power cable to a heat pump or anything?
It looks like you don't have a smart meter.
Does "Actual read" mean by a meter reader person? I haven't seen one of those in ages. Or is your own reading?
Check the meter reading by reading the meter yourself.
How does it compare with the bill for last December?
I'd guess the inverter has been set to not see the whole home load (ashp, ev etc missing) so as to not drain any batteries into very large consumers
1612 kWh is 50kWh a day or 5 times the national average.

Also - nothing to do with the consumption figures - but the unit price you have entered in the app (28.7p) is a lot higher than the price on BG's bill (22.62p inc VAT)...
