My electricity KWH on my British Gas bill is 1,612 from 3rd Dec through to 6th Jan but my app is saying for the same time that its 826kwh. A huge difference. Would anyone have any thoughts on this? Thank you

It looks like you don't have a smart meter.

Does "Actual read" mean by a meter reader person? I haven't seen one of those in ages. Or is your own reading?

Check the meter reading by reading the meter yourself.

How does it compare with the bill for last December?

I'd guess the inverter has been set to not see the whole home load (ashp, ev etc missing) so as to not drain any batteries into very large consumers

1612 kWh is 50kWh a day or 5 times the national average.

Also - nothing to do with the consumption figures - but the unit price you have entered in the app (28.7p) is a lot higher than the price on BG's bill (22.62p inc VAT)...
