What is the actual maximum battery charge power? The spec sheet says 3300W, but the portal/app can be configured to 3600W...

The lines are blurred between AC and DC. Depending which way your going you'll hit conversion losses. So you'll get 3600W going in as AC which ends up around 3400W DC making it to the battery.
Flip the switch and you'll see 3600W AC out on discharge but probably nearer 4kW DC being pushed out the battery to do so.

hoggy Understood, thanks. I've configured the maximum '3600W' battery charging power in the portal, but seeing a pretty consistent 3350W sustained charge power in the 'Power Graph' when the batteries are charging...

...so I guess the spec sheet value of 3300W looks to be correct, in terms of effective charge power.
