How does one change tariff charges on the portal ?
If one is using Octopus energy are these automatically integrated and updated ?

Have you put the tariff API into your portal account settings

I use the smart tariff legacy plugin on the GE web portal and when I switched to IOG from Agile it automatically adjusted. It is currently working better than Octopus's own mobile app.

ok so what is the answer . I was not sure if my post had actually been loaded. Are these pulled in from ones energy supplier as I have recently changed from So Energy to Octopus and no change to the tariffs . Do Octopus or GivEnergy need inverter serial number/ Octopus account number or visa versa ? Thank you

The legacy card had an option to enter the prices manually or enter an Octopus API key. The newer Smart Tariff functionality adds automation and most people haven't found it working well for them.
The legacy card is due for depreciation but for now you should be able to use it to amend the displayed prices without adding automation.
