Octopus Agile - import and export?

Now the sunny weather is here (?) 10days ago I decided to switch from Eco 7 import and my 15p export to Agile Import and Agile Export for the summer and let Predbat do the work for me.
I followed the Octo process for Agile Import and Agile Export and within about 4 hours Predbat had picked up the variable import rates and 12p for export.
I queried why my export was 12p and Octo replied that "Agile is only available as an import tariff".
This is odd as Octo show lots of data on their portal of Agile import and Agile Export rates?
I have messaged them last week, but so far no response.
Any thoughts please?

Keep trying until you find an agent who actually knows what they're talking about. (Though I suppose it's possible that in the current turmoil, they're choosing not to allow people to switch to agile export.)

I've heard that asking on X works well - never tried it myself since email tends to work for me, else I phone. But it's possible email tends to get routed to the same person (since that's customer-friendly ..?) which makes it harder to find someone different.

On the phone now. When I explained the lady said "that's odd, let me put you on hold while I investigate" .

She is now going to send a link so I can apply. I said 'I had a link 10 days ago and filled that in and import was switched'. She is now looking as to why export was not switched. Aarghhh!!

The lady has now switched me to Agile export, and backdated my account.
Does not know why I was not switched, or why I was told in email that 'Agile is only available as an import tariff'
Predbat has picked up the new export tariff already
