PV not generating

I’ve got an inverter that isn’t producing power, there is dc voltage at the terminals but no generation

Are ALL breakers on. PV string isolators. EM115 glowing green. Battery(?) DC switch. Consumer unit MCB etc
Are there any lights on the front of the inverter?
What does portal page show? What settings are you on? What tariff are you on? Is it a smart tariff?
What does phone app show?
Try the inverter restart on the portal

Also, what is the grid voltage.
