Hi,
I was checking the application and noticed that the system went offline around 9 hours ago. I performed a proper reset, and afterward the system came back online in both the application and the cloud portal.
However, I then noticed that the green ring light on the inverter had turned red. I subsequently carried out a dongle update and reset the system again, but the issue still remains the same. In the cloud portal, it is also showing an error related to the inverter. In application it says inverter is in normal state.
Could anyone please advise what the issue might be?
I also tried contacting GivEnergy support, but I was unable to get connected with them, if anyone has contact information please share with me.

Regards,
Ankur Roy

GivEnergy are in administration and there is no organisation or support department to contact.

What is the error in the portal?

pwdst On the cloud, I encountered an error only after entering the inverter number. The rest of the system is functioning correctly. Since this issue arose, I’ve noticed that a significant portion of the power is being drawn from the grid. The battery’s charge has remained at 98% since morning and is discharging at a rate of less than 30 watts. Despite the solar panels consistently generating less than 10 watts even under sunny conditions, it appears that the problem lies elsewhere.

Ankur If you go onto the GivEnergy Cloud Portal and click on My Inverter then the Notifications Tab it should show any error messages.
This is an example from my system.

NormC Thanks ! I finally understand that the display indicates low battery voltage. Could anyone please explain the possible causes and solutions for this issue?!

Ankur You can check what the battery voltage was by clicking the Battery tab. The only time I have seen this error is when the battery was switched off.
