I noticed on my Home display that using 1.6KW when the battery (per the app and desktop) is showing 65%. On looking at my inverters system data i see in error mode. The centre light on AIO is red for 25 seconds, the goes flashing green for 10 seconds and back to red........ Any ideas ? I'm a premium user (for what its worth)

IJKIJK Check all the breakers to see if one has tripped.

I told Pred that this was my second AIO as the first one stopped charging in December 25 and after Installer found a burnt out cable GE (eventually ) agreed a replacement under warranty which was sourced just in time before they went into administration. same thing has happened again after 2 months and Pred advised to turn off the breaker on the side of the AIO, all lights went out and then Pred advised

"The fact that the unit has powered down without the battery definitely indicates it has lost AC supply. If all the breakers in the Gateway are up and there are no other points of isolation, this indicates that potentially something has burnt out again. leave things off and in bypass mode for the time being, and speaking to your installers about investigating on site."

Let the phone calls begin...

Installer visited and pleased to say back up and running. Issue was the connector within the AIO had not been 'pushed on' fully when installed in April..

Not sure what commissioning involves, but AIO worked for 2 months....
