I told Pred that this was my second AIO as the first one stopped charging in December 25 and after Installer found a burnt out cable GE (eventually ) agreed a replacement under warranty which was sourced just in time before they went into administration. same thing has happened again after 2 months and Pred advised to turn off the breaker on the side of the AIO, all lights went out and then Pred advised
"The fact that the unit has powered down without the battery definitely indicates it has lost AC supply. If all the breakers in the Gateway are up and there are no other points of isolation, this indicates that potentially something has burnt out again. leave things off and in bypass mode for the time being, and speaking to your installers about investigating on site."
