For the last few days I've had problems during Timed Export when the discharge level doesn't reach the expected 3.6kw output and one of my 2 batteries appears to get left with a much higher capacity than the other. I have a Hy3.6kw Gen 3 (on v309) with 2 x 5.2kwh Gen 1 batteries (on v3015). During export I notice at some point that the power is not as high as expected and when the 'system capacity' finally reaches the reserve limit of 25% I find one battery is still sitting at 60 or 70% capacity. When I go digging in the remote control settings on the GE desktop software I found that the battery charge and discharge limits have reduced from the usual 3600W max to 2611W max with no ability to increase it above 2611. The last couple of times I have manged to restore it to 3600W by disconnecting the batteries, re-booting them and restarting the inverter, after a few minutes and re-starting the GE Dashboard it has reset, but today it switched back to 2611W again after about 20 mins and now it appears to be permanently stuck at 2611W max. regardless. Anyone else seen this or have any ideas? Many thanks.

Beebod I found that the battery charge and discharge limits have reduced from the usual 3600W max to 2611W max with no ability to increase it above 2611.

I think the power is limited to 0.5C or 3600W, whichever is lower. This is consistent with the inverter believing you only have one 5.2kWh battery.

I'm now wondering if the system is acually dropping the discharge level due to the batteries becoming completely unbalanced. Something is causing one battery to stop discharging at around 70% capacity while the other continues to discharge and it seems to be happening daily. The batteries seem to charge back up and re-balance OK the following day but the same happens again at the next export slot. There don't appear to be any abnormal temperature spikes and if I look at the indidual cells using Inverter Monitor it all looks normal. I have tried powering off the whole system and re-booting the batteries and inverter but to no effect :-(
