I have a system that has solar panels, hybrid inverter, car charger (my energy zappi) and 2 x 9.5kw batteries. Today is a sunny day with temp around 27 degrees. my solar is showing only a generation of 4w on the dashboard and my batteries are always at 100%, I was on intelegent octopus go but was told to come away from that due to them being able
to control the system. i need help because me or my installer is at a bit of a dead end now

Stuart3985 check the breakers on the AC supply to the inverter - if they've tripped, the inverter can't send power to grid, and since batteries are full if has to stop generating.

IOG doesn’t control anything except charging your car

DD checked, no ne have tripped

Check settings. Somehow, export is disabled, and Eco Mode may be disabled. Check export allowances, schedules, export power limits. Alternatively, save every setting at an attachment or screenshot to your post, for others to have a look at.

bRhFDKtjRMK9 On my system, with eco disabled it exports by default, and only sends anything exceeding the AC limit to the battery.

On the app, in 'Direct Control' in the inverter section my first setting is 'Inverter Max Output Active Power Percent' which I think can limit the inverter's activity. If that had got set to 0% that might explain the problem. (Mine is 100%.)

Does anything happen if you try to force export from the battery ?

You titled your post 'wrong readings' - what do you think is being misreported ?
