Reg.inverter and battery

Did they started support again .because I have one 10kw battery and inverter. Still it's not working.

Aneesh no, still no support from GE. If it's a relatively new system, your installer bears some responsibility for getting it working.
There are a couple of companies offering fee-based assistance.
