Hi. 1st post, but I can't find the answer in other posts.
Had 2 GivEnergy 8.2kWh batteries installed a couple of weeks ago.
How do you set the Power Reserve Setting?
On the App it says it is Disabled, but won't do anything if I tap on it to enable a setting.
Also can't find any setting for it on the Web Portal.
I would like to set it so that the batteries will only discharge down to 10%.
I noticed the other day when they went below 8% when they started charging from the Grid on Octopus Go Faster, they charged at a much lower rate for the first 40 minutes, which ended up with them not taking a full charge.
Also, how do you get access to the Beta Portal? & what are the "Cards" referred too in other post, as the standard Web Portal does not refer to them.
