I have had a hybrid 5kw inverter , 8.2kw battery and 5.6Kw solar panels installed, on checking out the portal I am seeing the below, should I not be seeing values on the 2nd string as I have an east/west split and expected to be able to see seperate values as they are plumbed into mppt1 and 2 on the inverter.

jqworle I'm getting no less than 30V on both my strings in the middle of the night. I'm guessing your string 2 is open circuit or otherwise faulty.
I had a DC isolator fail that caused something similar. The isolator in question had to be replaced.
Best have a word with your installer. it might be something as simple as a connection clamping down on the wire insulation rather than the conductor.

There is a fault on MPPT2, either panel wiring, or the inverter. Will need installer to 1st check that string with a Soar panel tester and provide the results to Giv.
Voc - Voltage Open circuit (Daytime)
Vmppt - Voltage at maximum power point
Isc - Current in the short circuit condition
Ri - Insulation resistance
all sorted , the installer had put the second string in reversed at one of the connections, took the guy 10 mins to fix it.

I do wonder about the capabilities of these installers, this time getting the DC polarity wrong on 1 of the 2 PV strings. They cannot have checked the reported string voltages via the inverter web portal.
Hopefully there is no damage to the inverter string input.
To get it correct, they only need to check polarity with a multimeter at the DC isolator local to the inverter before plugging the MC4 connectors in and switching on.
May be they can only do AC wiring because they have different coloured cables for Live and Neutral, and equipment tends to go bang or generate a one-off puff of smoke when they get it wrong.

Simon_C When mine was installed last December, by the time the install was finished, it was dark, so they belled the DC out before connecting it. They did get the CT clamp the wrong way around, and also one of the DC isolator connections was pinched on the insulation however!
