Hi All. Just had a 9.5 kWh battery installed after waiting for 6 months. Have had solar panels (4KW capacity) since Nov 11. So I am on the original FIT. I have aPHEV on order, but dont know when it will be delivered.

The battery was switched on about 3 hours ago. It seems to be going through charge discharge cycles.

What should I do, expect over the next few days. Do I need to change any settings? Can see any documentation anywhere.
TIA for any guidance / suggestions.

67Alex Presumably since you've had a battery installed, you also have an AC-coupled inverter? Probably helpful to be specific about your kit if you're looking for any thoughts on what to do/expect. Hopefully, you'll get some paperwork form your installer to answer your questions. In the meantime check out these links. When you do get your pack, check that you have the response letter from the DNO (confirming that the installation complies with their requirements) and the MCS certificate which you will have to provide should you ever move house.
