My battery has just decided it's empty (at 6% not 4, don't know why) but I think based on the voltage it was reporting at the time there should be plenty more in it. It's a 9.5kWh on a Hybrid 3.6 G2, and was discharging at 150W with a voltage around 51.8, I understand the voltage is lower when discharging but even if you just compare that to a voltage chart for these batteries it would relate to 35%, even knocking off the 15% that is reserved that leaves around 20% (potentially higher due to it being ovltage under load). Voltage has since risen to 52.1 (about 20 mins) while idle.
My question really is, does the battery stop based on the SOC getting to the 'bottom' or based on the voltage? Or something else entirely that I can't see?
It was calibrated around 10 days ago at install, and has hit 100% twice since on solar but has always felt like it hits the bottom early. Resets to default, and inverter restarts have alll been performed with no affect on observed behaviour.
