Could someone please advise how I access/set this option up? My battery setting keeps reverting to 100% charge each night, even though I've tried to set it to 25%. I believe it is because of the smart automation setting but I can't find it! Apologies if I'm being 'thick'!

I've tried resetting my inverter to defaults as is suggested in the linked information, but it still resets the charge limit back to 100% overnight when I set it to 25%! Can anyone please advise?
On the web portal homepage, have you got a tariff card? If so, is tariff automations enabled there?
Or if you have GivTCP connecting, have you disabled the smart target in the startup variables?
