Battery Not Discharging

Just wondered if any one can help my battery has stopped Discharging at higher wattages(seemed to be about 103w). I was pulling 1.7kW out of the grid. Battery percentage is about 56%

What type of system? AC or Hybrid? What generation?

What size battery?

Has anything changed recently, perhaps a smart meter install or replacement or any other electrical work?
